The Maritime Centre
The Maritime Centre District is the centerpiece of Dubai Maritime City. Developed to serve as the first international hub for maritime business, this unique urban corporate park is comprised of eight waterfront and three interior parcels organized around a sweeping central boulevard – Maritime Centre Drive. Inspired by the symbolic union of water and commerce, the interplay of flowing architectural forms and meandering promenades and boulevards harmoniously coexist in this nautical environment and offer a poetic reminder of the flowing beauty and power of the sea.

The Marina District
Like a beacon in the Southern Gulf at the Northwest point of the peninsula, the Maritime Centre Marina is the natural focal point of the Marina District. An impressive marina facility consisting of wet and dry slips, extravagant clubhouse, and premium amenities and services, expectations will be surpassed by the additional features of the region. Attracting tourism, the Marina District includes a group of innovative nautical activity areas with options available for charter, transit, and ferry facilities. Other features of the Marina District include a wide selection of restaurants, lavish accommodations, waterfront retail shops and renowned boutiques, as well as plentiful entertainment facilities.

Harbour Residences & Offices
Encompassing the entire East length of the peninsula, Harbour Marina captivates the coast along the Harbour Office and Harbor Residence towers. Featuring 600 in-water, two exceptional clubhouses, and several offices, Harbour Marina provides the maximum amenities and services internationally available to progressive yacht owners. Further enhancing the destination yachting lifestyle, distinctive real estate developments with dramatic sweeping views coalesce with premier waterfront accommodations.

The residential towers overlooking the marina will be a premier residential address. These high and mid-rise tower developments will be centrally located, fully landscaped, and have easy access to the commercial district. The Harbour Residences will have magnificent harbor views, close proximity to the sea, and easy access to the waterfront promenade – a pedestrian link between the residential and commercial districts. Six signature corporate addresses in the Harbor Offices district offer maritime industry businesses the foremost opportunity to efficiently organize commerce. All office and residential towers are located with easy access to commercial and leisure districts. The combination of a peaceful home environment and accessibility to work and retail settings gives investors and developers the opportunity to create a unique, residential community set along the waterfront or within the city. For those with a penchant for the sea, Harbour Residences are the perfect place to call home.

Industrial Precinct
While responding to needs of the global maritime community, Dubai Maritime City also reflects the maritime traditions of the region. Its location offers unrestricted open sea access to the Arabian Gulf, along with all the benefits of working alongside the neighboring Dubai World’s businesses of Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks. The Industrial Precinct will be the premier destination providing ship repair and maintenance, along with yacht repair and manufacturing. Shops, showrooms, and warehouses within the Industrial Precinct will fulfill the needs of the maritime industry as a whole. This region will also provide a venue for industrial wholesalers of all marine parts and supplies. Open sea access and dedicated purpose-built industrial areas will provide the Dubai maritime community with the infrastructure to maintain and strengthen their stronghold in the ship repair market.

Dubai Drydocks
Adjacent to Port Rashid, Dubai Drydocks celebrated its 25th anniversary as the only large dry dock facility in the Persian Gulf. A five star facility, Dubai Drydocks transform Dubai from an ancient trading port of call into an ultra modern maritime capital. Situated between Europe and Asia, Dubai Drydocks provides ship repair services for vessels of all types and sizes. In combination, the four docks are capable of accommodating up to 2,500 m of repair berths. The port is dredged to a depth of 11.5 m.
